1. Objective

This Committee is aimed at planning of the organization, operation and publicity of the Japan Association of National University Libraries, and planning and deliberation of the JANUL Award.

2. Tasks

1. Planning of the organization and operation of the Association
2. Planning of the publicity of the Association
3. Planning of the JANUL Memorial Fund
4. Everything about JANUL Award
5. Liaison and coordination with MEXT, the Japan Coordinating Committee for University Libraries, the Japan Library Association and the National Institute of Informatics

3.Organization

1. The committee members are otherwise laid down.
2. The committee may have subcommittees to achieve specific operations.
   The organization and commission of each subcommittee is otherwise laid down.

4. Period

The Committees shall be standing.
