

The Academic Association for Organizational Science is an academic society that was established in 1959. Our primary mission is to research 'organizations' from various standpoints, e.g. business management, economics, jurisprudence, public administration, psychology, behavioral science, engineering science, and business practice. It is our hope that our accumulated research results will contribute to the enhancement of your organization. Our society has more than 1700 members, who hail from universities and research institutes to business corporations.

Periodical
Organizational Science: The most comprehensive academic journal of social sciences in Japan is issued four times a year.
National Conference
Twice a year, in June and October, our society holds national conferences in Japan. At these events, a large number of participants including businesspeople, graduate students, and scholars give thought-provoking reports of their current research studies.
TAKAMIYA Award
Each year, the Academic Association for Organizational Science awards prizes to excellent articles and books that contribute greatly to the advancement of organizational science.
