This new membership, ARFE Overseas Membership, is established for us to have a steady relationship to the foreign researchers that had joined to us as a regular or student member while studying in Japan.
Overseas membership fees are free. They are informed by E-mail of our academic meeting, a new version of our academic journal "Journa of rural problems" and so on, although they are not sent the Journal. Their manuscript submission and conference presentation is not yet recognized. Except these points they have the same right as the regular member.
２）Who can become ARFE Overseas Membership ?
The membership requirements for ARFE Overseas Membership shall be following;
1）No Japanese nationality.
2) Having studied longer than one year in University, College, or Research institute in Japan.
3) Having been a regular or student membership of our academic society longer than one year while studying in Japan, provided that our foreign member who will return to their country after several months can apply for ARFE Overseas Membership

him with the application. Then we will sent you our Approval by E-mail
