For Poster Presentation -- For Chair Person

    1. Please access your session chairperson(s) to show your presence by five minutes before the start of your session.
    2. Twenty minutes are allocated for your presentation including discussion. Some sound signals will be provided as follows:
      • 0 min: Start of the presentation
      • 10 min: Alert to converge your presentation towards the conclusions
      • 15 min: STOP your presentation until this signal
      • 18 min: No more questions shall be accepted after this signal.
        Change to the next presenter.
    3. A digital projector is available for your presentation. Please bring your own PC with your presentation file because no computers will be provided. It is not assured whether digital projectors fit well with your computer. Therefore, check the fitness of your PC to the digital projector in the preview room well before your presentation. Moreover, we strongly recommend you to bring transparencies for OHP as well as your computer. An OHP is also available for your PC trouble.
    4. Should you wish to play sound from your computer, the PA system of the presentation room may be connected to your computer using a standard two-channel stereo sound connector. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to use other audiovisual equipment, including VHS players, DVD players, etc. We apologize, but we may not be able to accommodate your request if not made in advance of the conference.

    1. The area of the board for your posters is 1800 mm(W) x 2400 mm(H).
    2. A lable to show the number of the poster is put on the board. The title of your presentation will not be prepared by the organizer.
    3. You may put your posters from 9:00 of the presentation day and put by noon (12:00) at the latest. Please remove them immediately after the session but not before the end of the session.
    4. The poster session will start with brief summary presentations. One minute (60 seconds) is allocated for your summary presentation. Since OHP is available, please prepare just one transparency because of the short presentation time. Please note that NO digital projector is available.
    5. Please contact a staff at the reception desk of your poster session to show your presence by ten minutes before the start of your session. The reception desk will be located near the place for the brief presentation. Pins to put your poster are also available at the reception desk.
    6. After the summary presentations, the presenters with odd numbers are requested to stay at the own posters for 30 minutes then the presenters with even numbers for another time slot of 30 minutes.
