Registration information: The registration fees for participants will be for a CD-ROM of the Congress Proceedings, a Congress Program with abstracts, and admittance to the technical program, opening and closing ceremonies, a concert and the reception held in the evening of Sunday, 4 April. The accompanying persons registration fee will be for admittance to the opening and closing ceremonies, a concert, the reception and accompanying person's programs. Registered participants and accompanying persons may attend the banquet at the cost of 10000 JPY (80 USD) per person and can also apply for thetechnical tours. Cancellation policy A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be granted if requested by February 28, 2004; however, the cancellation deadline for authors is December 20, 2003. No refunds will be granted to participants who fail to cancel before these dates, but you or your organization may send another person in your place.
