Attention: Points to consider when writing a manuscript for the first screening review.
　1) In order to conduct the review effectively, note for the first screening review only, the page numbers and line numbers in the paper.
　2) For the first screening review, adhere to the following matters to ensure fairness of the review.
　　(1) Do not indicate names, affiliations, etc.
　　(2) Do not write any acknowledgments. If you wish to include acknowledgments, etc. in the final paper, make sure to leave space (number of words for it) in advance.
　　(3) Avoid expressions in the paper that may identify the author.
　　　eg. "According to the OOO researched by the author", "the authors..." "based on my previous work", etc.
　　(4) Do not indicate your manuscripts, etc. for references and quotations.
　　(5) Do not quote any previously-stated papers on page 4 of the Application Rules in a way that may identify the author. If you wish to quote someone, do it in the final paper, wand make sure to leave space (number of words for it) in advance.
