(CSJ) will be held in the Faculty of Fisheries, Kagoshima University.

Registration, banquet and lunch box fees should be paid by September

* Registration fee applies to both members and non-members
of CSJ.
* All registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen at the time
of registration.

Guidelines for poster presentations
* Poster boards will be available for the accepted posters.
* The poster size is 100 cm in height and 100 cm in width, max.
* Thumbtacks for fixing the posters will be provided.
Guidelines for oral presentations
* Allocated time: 15 min for each presentation and following discussion.
* Please bring your electronic file to the registration desk in
the morning of the day of your presentation.
* Presentation files must be prepared using MS- Power point (PPT)
or Adobe PDF (PDF) files working on Windows XP.
*A computer with MS- Power point 2003 and Adobe Acrobat Reader
7.0 will be available for the presentations.
* If you would like to make your presentation file using a newer
version of the software, please check that your file runs properly
with the software listed above before the presentation.
* Mac OS will not be accepted. Any other application software
except PPT and PDF will not be available. If you would like to
use Mac or another non-prescribed presentation software, you will
need to bring your own PC.
* It would be better to make a duplicate copy of your presentation
file and save it on a different storage media, such as CD-ROM
or USB-flash memory, in case there is a problem.
* In order to balance the number of oral presentations and posters,
we might ask you to change your initial choice. Notification will
be done as soon as possible and your collaboration will be appreciated.
* Please read the enclosed formatting requirements for the abstract
(abstract file).

* 45 minutes from Kagoshima Airport by Limousine bus, get off
at Tenmonkan stop.
* 10 minutes by streetcar (Taniyama line) from Tenmonkan, get
off at Kishaba stop.
* 10 minutes walk from the Kishaba streetcar stop to the Faculty
of Fisheries.
* 30 minutes from (IR(BChuo Kagoshima Station(IS(B by city bus (number
11,15,17,18), consult with the Information Office at the station.
