■VENUE■
The Meeting will be held in Shinagawa Campus, Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (TUMST). TUMST was established recently, in October 2003, with the merger of Tokyo University of Mercantile Marine and Tokyo University of Fisheries. Both universities had played key roles for more than a hundred years in developing marine science, culture and technology, fisheries science, food science, logistics, and mercantile marine. Please note that the Satellite symposium "Conservation biology of Crayfish" will be held at Sunshine City Builiding at Ikebukuro (Not Shinagawa) on 20 Sept 2009. It takes ca. 30 min from Shinagawa to Ikebukuro by JR Yamanote Train. After the satellite symposium, Sunshine Internatnal Aquarium Tour (free of charge for all registrants) and Welcome Drink Reception will be held also in Sunshine City Builiding at Ikebukuro. People who do not attend the satellite symposium can attend the aquarium tour and the reception.

 
 
 
■TOKYO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, NARITA■
The nearest international airport to TUMST is Tokyo International Airport, Narita. The airport handles the majority of international passenger traffic to and from Japan, and is also a major connecting point for air traffic between Asia and other parts of the world including Americas, Europe, Oceania, and Africa. It is the busiest air freight hub in Japan, and third-busiest air freight hub in the world. ■AIRPORT TO VENUE ■

●Narita Express Train: Narita Express called "N'EX" provides rapid, frequent, and comfortable service to passengers traveling between Tokyo International Airport, Narita, and Tokyo Metropolitan areas, offering direct service to the variety of major stations in Tokyo including Shinagawa. ●Airport Limousine: The widespread network of airport limousine buses links the Tokyo International Airport, Narita, with most major hotels and stations at heart of Tokyo, Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT) and Haneda Airport. ●Railway Stations to Venue: TUMST is 10 minutes walk from Konan Exit (or East Exit) of "Shinagawa Station" on the JR Line (Narita Express, Yamanote Line, Kehintohoku Line etc.), Tokaido Shinkansen, and Keihin Kyuko Line, to the main gate of the Campus. TUMST is also 15 minutes walk from “Tennozu Isle Station" on the Tokyo Monorail to the main gate of the Campus via Fureai Bridge, or 20 minutes walk from “Tennozu Isle Station" on Rinkai Line to the main gate of the Campus via Fureai Brige.
