1. Objective

National university libraries are requested further advanced user services and efficient management according to the change of scholarly environment and management environment. In order to meet these demands, this committee examines systematic training and the treatment of the library staffs to continuous securing of excellent library staffs.

2. Tasks

1. Planning and operation of the training program to develop the skills of national university library staffs.
2. Making a policy for the treatment of national university library staffs.
3. Examining the image of library staff required by university library.
4. Examining the things about securing the library staffs.

3.Organization

1. The committee members are otherwise laid down.
2. The committee may have subcommittees to achieve specific operations.
   The organization and commission of each subcommittee is otherwise laid down.

4. Period

The Committees shall be standing.
