Introduction of Magazine,

gJapanese Journal of Health Physicsh

gJapanese Journal of Health Physicsh is an academic journal of Japan Health Physics Society (JHPS), and carries articles on radiation safety/protection in general, introducing the effects of radiation on animals and plants, environmental radioactivity, radiation safety engineering, radiation measurement technology, radiation management technology, international movements of radiation protection by the United Nations and other organizations. Recently, the journal is paying attention to non-ionizing radiation as well. The journal is published four times a year and is distributed to the members.    

Starting with No. 37 issue published in 2002, the gJapanese Journal of Health Physicsh changed its size to A4, improved its readability and carried a new logo mark of the society and new image color pages in the front. The contents have three major parts of gInformation pagesh, gJapanese language thesis pagesh and gEnglish language pages.h Since we want to enrich the gEnglish pagesh to increase the number of overseas readers, we invite subscription of English theses and materials.

• The Publication Committee is one of the permanent committees of Japan Health Physics Society, and more than a dozen editorial committee members hold four to six meetings a year to publish the magazine.
