	Booth information in 9ICP Booth reservation A professional exhibition incorporating major companies and institutions working within the field of paratuberculosis will be held during the Colloquium. The exhibition will be an excellent and effective opportunity to introduce and advertise your products relating to paratuberculosis, veterinary research and education. Exhibition Areas The exhibition area is located in the lobby of the main hall where most audience can communicate with you. This is also where coffee, tea and snacks are served and is next to the poster viewing area. Opening Hours The exhibition will be open at 9:00-17:00 of the following days Monday October 29 Tuesday October 30 Wednesday October 31 Thursday November 1 Exhibitor Contact For questions regarding booking of booths, please contact the Local organizing committee office by e-mail. . Payment Terms/Cancellations Please note that all reservations are binding and non refundable. Booth Reservation. Main sponsors of the 9ICP have first choice of booths until 1st of August 2007. Subsequently booths will be assigned on a first-come and first-served basis. Please note that assignment is binding and that any subsequent cancellation of the reservation will be subject to the terms outlined under the cancellation and refund policy. Booth arrangement The booth arrangement will be shown here. Booth Information One table, one chair 2 poster boards and an electrical outlet is included in the booth. An additional poster boardis optiona;. AV Equipment We recommend that video presentations should be done on your lap top PC. Please note the voltage in Japan is 100V. Set-up and dismantling Set-up and dismantling time for the exhibition stands are as follows: Set-up. Monday 29 October (From 9am ....but...not yet determined. ) Dismantling: Thursday November 1 (Please finish by 5pm)
