Dear Author,

Thank you for submitting one or more abstracts to the upcoming 9ICP. 
Based on the breadth and depth of the submissions, the Program is going to be excellent.

Poster and talk preparation:

In preparing your poster (and if giving an oral presentation as well, your talk) please remember to include:

1. clear objectives
2. a legitimate study design to investigate the stated objectives
3. valid, substantiated conclusions
4. clear and comprehensible writing
5. relevant graphs, photos and/or tables that can be managed by standard software

If giving a talk, it should take no more than 8 minutes in usual oral presentation.

Key note speaker can talk 20min..

We realize the challenges of writing if English is not your first language and recommend your having someone read the manuscript for clarity prior to submitting it to 9ICP. 

General guidelines for poster presentations

1. Poster Session will be held on Oct 29 to Nov 1 at hallway and lobby of Main Convention Hall in 2F.
All presenter must prepare poster presentation.

Presenters are requested to follow the schedule below.　

Those who would like to make a presentation should submit abstracts via this web site by July 30, 2007.

2. The Poster Size (Height 200cm Width 90cm, Max)
Poster boards will be available for all accepted posters.
Your poster should be presented in portrait orientation.
The program No. must be displayed in the upper left corner of the panel.
As for the size of panel, please refer to the following diagram.



3. Posters should be easily read from a distance of 2 to 3 meters.
Photos, graphs and figures are preferred to large tables.

The main title should be at least 4 cm high and main text should not be smaller than 1 cm.

4. The LOC will provide press pins for fixing posters.

5. Presentations using a computer will not be accepted for the poster sessions.
