Visa Application
We will arrange documents to be submitted to Japan embassy for your visa
application on request. Please send us an e-mail that includes information about,
1) your name (if you are Chinese we need your name in Chinese letters also),
2) sex,
3) nationality,
4) occupation and title,
5) birth date,
6) arriving and leaving dates,
7) schedule during your stay in Japan (if already decided),
8) post address,
9) and your preference about group application.
If your nationality is The People's Republic of China and you prefer group
application, CASS (Chinese Association for System Simulation) will complete
your visa application procedure instead of you.
