Our society has held Mycological Workshop annually. It was held from October 25 to 27, 1996 at Research Forest of University of Tsukuba (Nobeyama, Nagano Pref.).
"Classification of Heterobasidiomycetes" was focused in this year. Dr. T. AOKI (MAFF) was invited to give a lecture and direct laboratory works. We also collected specimens by ourselves in Research Forest. We learned how to observe and how to identify Heterobasidiomycetes.
In addition, we really enjoyed the turning leaves around Mt. Yatsugatake. We are glad you to join our Mycological Workshop next year.
